(Updated 02/03/2023) The payment policy, and how to ensure you receive your money smoothly
As stated in the Terms of Service, payment will be made within 30 days of advertiser payment.
Previously, we issued payments in one large batch every month, retroactively paid for all deals done in the previous month. In October2022, we transitioned to smaller, more frequent payments based off the actual payment date (when will this be?) of the advertiser for whom you produced the content. We will make every effort to get your payments out to you without delay once this occurs. The process looks like this:
Once your payment is on its way, you should receive an email automatically from our payment partner Wise. Inside there will be a link to track the payment - please follow it and check with your bank if necessary to ask about the timeline for receiving your funds. If you notice anything wrong, such as a cancelled payment notification, do not hesitate to reach out to us. We usually notice it ourselves, but it's always good to flag it!

The speed of your payment depends heavily on entering complete and correct payment details before you submit them. Significant delays may result from mistakes. So, please take your time to ensure that they are correct, and contact your bank to be sure that you have all the information you need to receive wire transfers. Please double check that your account can accept USD! If we have to resend the payment due to incorrect banking details or in a currency besides USD, the small associated fees will be deducted from the total amount by our payment provider.
